NOTE : Courier charges are priced not only on weight of an item but size of the consignment and packaging.

Due to special designations, that apply to certain products and countries, we do not deliver recordable or rewritable audio-visual media to Belgium, Austria. We apologise for any inconvenience!
Pleae do NOT order those products to BELGIUM or AUSTRIA, for any order with audio-visual media, we feel free to charge you a 10,00 EUR fee for cancelling. Cancelling such orders costs us lots of time and money, i.e.
Creditcard charge back fees, bank transfer fees and so on. Thank you for understanding.

Delivery Despatch Schedule

• For orders received before 2.00 p.m will try to dispatched the same day ( working days - Mon-Fri ).
  All orders received after 2.00 p.m will be dispatched the next day.
• We will try to dispatch orders received after 2.00pm on the same day, but if that is not possible, especially on a Monday due to the weekends orders, they will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders received after 2.00 p.m on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. Monday).
  (we are unable to advise on the times of delivery).
• Orders placed on a Friday (before 2.00pm) will be delivered on a Monday (Next Working Day) if you chose this method of delivery.
  We would advise that our couriers do not make Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
• NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

Courier Information

• We currently use the services of two couriers to deliver parcels and packages - DHL and GLS
• We will also give you your tracking number so you can check and track your parcel.
  

IMPORTANT NOTE

• If the couriers attempt to deliver you package on numerous occasions and are unable to deliver due to no access (person not at home) and no arrangement is made by you, the customer, with the couriers to collect the package, the package will be re-turned back to Digital Promotions by the couriers.
• You will be charged for the return of the package to us and also for the re-sending of the package, to you, the customer as we are charged by the couriers for this service.
• If you wish to have the parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched e.g. to your workplace, due to you realizing you will not be at home, again we are charged by the couriers for this service and must pass this charge on to you the customer.

Delivery Pricing
The delivery price is worked out by the weight of your purchases.
All of the items for sale on this site have had their weight taken and added to the sites weight database.
The Total Weight is then calculated once you enter the ordering process and the cost of delivery is shown during the ordering process.

All Customs Duties are payable by you ... the customer.
